Hi, I'm Jan — artist, crafter, and the heart behind Arts Crafts Shack.

Crafting has been my passion since I was a little girl, and now that I'm retired, I finally have the time to pour myself fully into the things I love. From handmade jewellery and greeting cards to candles and so much more, everything you'll find in my shop is made with care, creativity, and a whole lot of colour.

I'm also a trained artist with a Diploma in Pet Portraits — you may spot my signature JanD on my artwork. I believe handmade things carry something special that mass-produced items simply can't — a little piece of the person who made them.

I'm drawn to colour in all its forms, and that joy finds its way into everything I create. Whether you're treating yourself or finding a gift for someone special, I hope something here brings a smile to your face.
