Returns

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please contact me before sending anything back.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and I will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Custom & Digital Orders

Please note that custom-made items and digital downloads are non-refundable unless faulty.
