Yes! Every piece in our collection is lovingly handmade. Each item is unique and may have slight variations — that's the beauty of handcrafted goods.

What materials do you use?

Do you make custom or bespoke pieces?

We don't currently offer custom orders, but we're always adding new designs — follow us on social media to stay updated!

Orders & Discounts

Do you offer a first-order discount?

Yes! New customers can use code WELCOME15 for 15% off their first jewellery purchase. Valid for one use per customer, expires 30 April 2026.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched we're unable to make amendments.

What is your returns policy?

What if my item arrives damaged?
