Are your products handmade?

Yes! Our collections are lovingly handmade. Each item is unique and may have slight variations — that's the beauty of handcrafted goods.

We also have a collection of shop bought jewellery, these items will be listed, they will be completely seperate from the handmade items.

What materials do you use?

We use a range of quality materials across our jewellery and craft collections. Full material details are listed on each product page.

Do you make custom or bespoke pieces?

Yes we do make custom beaded bracelets with name letters on, follow us on social media to stay updated!

Orders & Discounts

Do you offer a first-order discount?

Yes! New customers can use code WELCOME15 for 15% off their first jewellery purchase. Valid for one use per customer, expires 31st May 2026.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched we're unable to make amendments.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not happy, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if this happens! Please get in touch with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
